• Responsible for setting and achieving MangoMatch's user and customer acquisition goals.
• Manage the complete marketing funnel, utilizing AI tools and optimizing marketing automation systems.
• Create, optimize and scale all FB/IG paid ad campaigns.
• Work with team members to continuously improve KPIs such as CAC, LTV & Churn for all customer segments.

• Responsible for all MangoMatch events in Medellin. 
• Plan, organize, and host weekly events with 40-100 attendees. 
• High-class events at upscale venues.
• Establish MangoMatch as the #1 brand in the market.

• Build and lead the global MangoMatch community through online content and in-person events. 
• Co-host our video podcast and street interviews.
• Promote and attend our events. 
• Create entertaining and high-value content and live experiences for our community.
• Bring the MangoMatch community to 100+ cities worldwide.
